For oral decisions you must request a transcript of the case. You must request online. Transcript management keeps cases for 10 years. There is a fee for this service. If they no longer have a copy of a decision and the decision went to appeal the transcript of the oral decision is part of the appeal book and a copy may be requested through the registry at the Court of Appeal. Requesting through Provincial Archives takes some time.
